Framework design - Building a ChatBot MVP
Context & challenge
Yves rocher Spain needed to create a messenger chatbot. The Spanish team aimed at helping prospects and customers find the best haircare products by answering 3 quick questions.
We had less than a month to create a first version to improve little by little.
Process
While many people immediately start thinking about how to manage the user flow, we separated the process into 4 different steps:
1. The bot scope : making clear what people can expect from our chatbot;
2. The chatbot personality : tailoring a personality that fits perfectly with the user and with the specific situation;
3. The must-have features : defining the information any user would need from our chatbot to find it useful;
4. The chatbot flow : designing how the chatbot will behave in every possible scenario in its interaction with every user.
